Unfortunately, sometimes activities have to be cancelled. We hope that the information provided below will make it clear if you are entitled to your deposit being refunded.
Wild Harris WILL refund your deposit if;
1. Wild Harris decides to cancel a booking
2. Wild Harris deems the weather conditions to be out of our safe working limits
3. Wild Harris decides that the activity is not suitable for the client
Wild Harris will NOT refund your deposit if;
1. You cancel within 7 days of your booking
2. If you are later than 30 minutes to the start time of the activity
3. If you don't turn up for the activity
4. If you cant get to the Island due to transportation issues within 7 days of the booking. (Your travel insurance will cover the cost)
